This session will provide State Apprenticeship Expansion grantees with technical assistance to ensure submission of quality quarterly performance reports.  We will review common issues with the first quarterly report submission and troubleshoot common reporting challenges.

This webinar for State Apprenticeship Expansion Grantees will provide an opportunity to share findings of the first round of Quarterly Performance Reports (QPRs) submitted for the period of Nov – Dec 2016.  Analysis of the reports has identified some issues and in some cases will require states to re-submit.  Join us to hear more on the findings which include the following areas to be addressed in the webinar:

  1. Required contact information missing
  2. Data elements not completed within the QPR template
  3. Inclusion of activity not related to the expansion grant
  4. Inaccurate data figures for numbers of apprentices being served by the expansion grant
  5. Use of an incorrect QPR template format
  6. One grantee did not use the format for the QPR and no data is included in the lengthy narrative provided

This session will provide grantees technical assistance on submission of quality QPRs to ensure DOL is able to accurately track performance and highlight grantee success and progress throughout the project.  Please join us for this important opportunity to continue our joint effort to promote the expansion of apprenticeship within state systems to increase the number of Registered Apprenticeship opportunities throughout all industries across the nation.
