The College Connections Community is an online learning destination that aims to provide community colleges, employers, public workforce system partners, and others across the nation with the resources and tools needed to increase the ability of community colleges to address the challenges of today's workforce. The College Connections Community builds on the peer-to-peer sharing of lessons learned and resources developed by community college grantees and others over the four rounds of the U.S. Department of Labor's Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant program. Sustainability was a cornerstone of TAACCCT, so grantees created a vast array of products that remain relevant far beyond the life of the grants.
Below are links to some of the top resources highlighting promising practices of TAACCCT grantees—as well as other community college stakeholders—in a range of areas central to the grant program, such as employer engagement, accelerating adult pathways, and workforce partnerships.
